STARTERS 

  1. Cracked burgher wheat with a tomato and mint salad with pita bread
  2. Soba noodle bowl with home roasted char sui and prawns oriental dressing
  3. Baked field mushroom with brie, pine nuts and rocket salad
  4. Soup of the day 

MAIN COURSES

  1. Moroccan sausage and mash with a spiced gravy
  2. Beer battered Whitby Cod with fat chips and pea puree
  3. Chicken breast stuffed with Barkham blue cheese and wrapped in serano ham with a spinach and nutmeg sauce
  4. Pressed belly pork with spiced red cabbage
  5. Pea, asparagus and parmisan risotto with truffle oil
