  1. Roast leg of lamb provencal with roast root vegetables, roast potatoes and salsa verde
  2. Roast sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, crunchy roast potatoes and red wine gravy
  3. Pot roast loin of pork with calvados and apple cream sauce served with dauphinoise potatoes
  4. Goats cheese and spinach lasagne accompanied with a green salad
  5. Luxury fish pie, includes praws, smoked haddock, north sea cod, salmon, chopped egg with creamy mash glazed with Lincolnshire poacher chedder
